This gave me a bad first impression. I had an issue with my account and support was way too slow to actually do anything about it. I’d get a reply every now and then, but there was no real fix for days. When it involves your files, that kind of waiting around just isn’t okay. Frustrating experience overall...

"Integrations were a headache"
I really wanted this to work because the setup looked straightforward at first, and some parts of the platform seemed decent. But the integrations kept breaking over and over, and every time I reached out to support, it felt like they just pointed the finger at the other apps instead of actually helping. Maybe I just had bad luck, I don't know, but it got frustrating fast. Not the worst tool ever, but the support experience left a bad taste.
"Downloads Have Been a Struggle"
Wasabi has been rough for me so far. Uploading files is fine enough, but downloading them takes forever and sometimes just completely stalls out. I tried it on different connections thinking maybe it was on my end, but the same thing kept happening. Compared to other storage I've used, it's just... I don't know. Not much else to say i can't really use it like this.

I like some parts of the service, but the support takes forever to get back to you. Even for really simple tickets, I was just sitting around waiting with no real update. It gets frustrating when you just need a quick answer and it drags on way longer then it should

I deleted my files thinking that would stop any charges, but I still ended up getting billed... Not what I expected at all! Frustrating, and I wish it had been clearer upfront.

Dealing with buckets can get annoying. It feels like there’s more to keep track of than there should be, if that makes sense.

I tried moving an app over from AWS S3 and, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. Some tools worked fine, other ones just threw random errors that didn’t make much sense, always fun when that happens. I dug through the support docs, but they weren’t really helpful for the specific issues I was running into. After spending most of a weekend messing with it, I finally gave up and moved on

"Not Really Worth It"
Umm, I thought the prices looked good at first, but after comparing them with a few other options, wasabi didn’t really feel that competitive. In the end, it just wasn’t worth it for me.
"Confusing dashboard and just not worth the hassle"
I’m only giving this 1 star because using the interface was frustrating. I logged in thinking I’d take care of a few basic things, and somehow I ended up clicking all over the place just trying to find simple settings. It felt like one of those sites where you know the option is there somewhere, but it’s hiding for no reason.
The menus are messy, the labels don’t really explain much, and then some pages look totally different from others, like they were built at completely different times. Also, maybe I missed something, but nothing felt obvious or smooth. I kept stopping to think, “Wait, where am I now?” which is not what I want when I’m just trying to manage storage stuff.
Maybe the actual service is fine underneath all of that, but the dashboard made me want to give up and leave. I don’t mind learning a new tool, sure, but I shouldn’t need a guide or a bunch of trial and error just to do basic tasks. It’s confusing in a way that feels unnecessary.

I tried Wasabi because I was hoping the bill would be simple and easy to understand, but it just didn’t work that way for me. At first the pricing looked clear, really clear, but once I got into the fees and minimums, it became harder to know what I’d actually be paying each month. Maybe if you already know all the details upfront it’s fine, but I didn’t feel confident about the monthly cost. I ended up moving away because I just need billing that feels more predictable.

I had a hard time getting through the documentation. It felt a little confusing and not always clear what I was supposed to do next. I think good docs can really shape the whole experience, because when they’re easy to follow, you feel more confident using the product. In this case, I ended up spending more time trying to understand the instructions than actually making progress.

We tried moving our files over to Wasabi it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. Uploads kept failing, a few folders didn’t line up properly after the transfer, and we ended up spending ages checking what had actually made it across.
Support wasn’t great either. Replies were slow, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic help. We had to rerun parts of the migration and lost a lot of time. Maybe it’s fine once everything is set up, but based on our experience, I wouldn’t trust it again for a big move.

I tried using Wasabi a while back, I think it was sometime last spring, or maybe earlier, and I just couldn’t get comfortable with it. The security settings felt kind of clunky, and I never really felt like I could fully trust that I had everything set up correctly. The permissions were confusing, and I spent way too much time guessing my way through the setup. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was more hassle than it was worth.

"Something felt off with my backups"
I used wasabi for backups for a while, but i don’t feel great about it anymore. A few files I needed later weren’t where I expected them to be, and when I tried pulling data back, I kept running into errors. Maybe it’s just bad luck, but it started to feel like one of those situations where the system works perfectly until you actually need proof it works. Support answered, sure, but the replies didn’t exactly calm me down. Not saying there’s some big secret going on, but when my important files start acting like they vanished into a black box, I’m out. I moved my critical stuff somewhere else.

I was ready to try it out, but nope, turns out this thing is basically useless where I live. The region support is way too limited, so I couldn’t even use it. Disappointing, honestly
